What It Looks Like
The Approach
Women’s health is under-researched, under-discussed, and routinely minimized, and most women have felt that firsthand. Whatever brings you here carries more weight than it’s usually given room for, and the work makes that room: for the feelings that contradict each other, and for the ones you’ve kept quiet because they didn’t sound like what you’re supposed to say. We work with what’s actually true, and practical supports stay within reach for the weeks that need them.
If it’s impacting you, it matters, no matter how many times you’ve been told otherwise.
Endometriosis
An average of seven to ten years to diagnosis. Pain written off as bad periods. Surgeries, flares, fertility questions, and a system that keeps calling it manageable. Endometriosis is treated in my practice as what it is: a whole-body, whole-life condition, shaped by clinical work and personal experience. However it shows up for you, physically, emotionally, or in the plans it forced you to rewrite, it has a place in the work.
