Working Together
The process, the approach, and what working together actually looks like. It starts with a free consult.

The Process
From the first call to ongoing weekly work. The first step is free.
The Consult
A free twenty-minute video call. We talk through what’s been going on, how I work, and whether working together makes sense. Bring whatever you have, even if it’s just “I don’t know where to start.”
The First Session
Where the work begins. Intake paperwork is handled before we meet, so the session itself stays conversational. We talk through what brought you here, what you’ve already tried, and what the work might look like going forward.
Ongoing Work
Weekly 50-minute sessions, paced to what the work needs. Some weeks stay with the ongoing thread, others with what’s top of mind. Most people work together for at least six months, because lasting change is built, not rushed.
Relief matters, and it’s often where we start.
Lasting change comes from understanding what’s underneath, and we build both.
The Approach
The work is integrative. Body, mind, and relational patterns overlap, and most people show up with more than one at once.
What the body has been through, and what it remembers.
Where thoughts, feelings, and self-talk take shape.
Where the patterns started, and why.
The Fit
You’re smart, self-aware, and used to figuring things out on your own. Maybe you’re navigating trauma, anxiety, a chronic illness like endometriosis, Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS), or an autoimmune condition, or a pregnancy, postpartum, or fertility experience that hasn’t been taken seriously the way it should. Maybe you’re a parent watching your kid repeat a pattern that isn’t shifting on its own. What you want is a therapist who can hold all of it at once, without needing you to explain the basics or minimize what you’re carrying. Someone who works at your level of complexity and takes the whole picture seriously.
The Practical
Start with the consult.
The consultation is completely free, and there’s no pressure to have it figured out. If we’re not the right fit, I’ll help you find someone who is.
