I offer therapy in a few formats so you can choose what feels right. Whether it's individual or adolescent/parental support, or workshops for professionals and schools, the goal is to support change, healing, and growth. All therapy is provided via a HIPAA-compliant, secure telehealth system for clients across New York State.
Individual Therapy
I offer individual therapy for adults and adolescents in New York State through a compassionate, collaborative, and evidence-based approach. Sessions are tailored to your unique needs and may focus on challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, chronic illness, self-esteem, or life transitions. I draw from CBT, DBT-informed skills, EMDR therapy, IFS, and mindfulness practices to help you feel supported, build coping tools, and move toward sustainable change and resilience. All sessions are conducted via telehealth across New York State.
Parental Support & Counseling
Parenting can be rewarding and challenging, especially when children are struggling socially, emotionally, or academically. With a background in child and adolescent mental health and experience in schools, I support parents in understanding their child’s needs, strengthening communication, and developing strategies that foster healthier family dynamics. Sessions may include guidance on behavioral support plans, social-emotional learning strategies, and stress management for parents, creating a more connected and supportive home environment.
Workshops
In addition to individual and family therapy, I offer workshops and professional development for schools and organizations. These programs focus on topics such as social-emotional learning, stress management, resilience, and mental health awareness, and are designed to provide educators, parents, and professionals with practical tools they can apply in everyday settings. Each workshop is interactive, evidence-based, and tailored to the unique needs of your community or team.
