Committed to making therapy accessible, collaborative, and tailored to each client’s unique story.
My Approach
My style is grounded, thoughtful, and responsive to where you are. We’ll set goals together, explore what matters most, and move at a pace that feels safe. Sessions can include skills for the here-and-now, deeper processing when you’re ready, or both.
What Sessions Are Like
Each session begins with whatever feels most present for you that day. Sometimes that means talking through a recent challenge; other times it’s unpacking patterns or exploring how past experiences still show up now. Depending on your needs, we may use EMDR to process difficult memories, practice coping strategies for stress and anxiety, or simply create space to reflect. The work shifts week to week, always centered on what matters most to you.
Tailored to You
Every client brings different needs. With adolescents, therapy may include school support, behavioral planning, and social-emotional skills. With adults, we might focus on stress, relationships, chronic illness, or women’s health—like postpartum transitions and hormonal shifts. I’ll tailor our work to you, whether that means concrete tools, deeper processing, or a blend of both.
What to Expect
Therapy should feel like a safe space to process what feels heavy and a place to build practical change. Together, we’ll work to ease symptoms of anxiety, depression, or overwhelm—and you’ll often leave with a next step to try, like a calming exercise, a small goal, or a pattern to notice. Over time, you’ll build confidence in your ability to handle life’s ups and downs. Sessions are conducted through a secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform, making therapy accessible and confidential across New York State.
Beyond the Therapy Room
Outside of sessions, I’m drawn to creativity and community. I love painting, baking sourdough, and experimenting in the kitchen—reminders to slow down and find joy in small moments. I also value movement and mindfulness, and I weave those practices into both my personal life and the way I support clients.
